We have gone to great lengths to only use equipment that is safe the hoses we use are also smooth as to not scratch anything the hoses can be loud when they hit the floor that is only because they are hollow and amplify sound

When we use a portable system that is inside the home because it is too far for our steam cleaning machine we use a dry cleaning system which is very effective in cleaning and dries in a few hours instead of 12 hours or more. The dry cleaning system is liked by many of our customers because it does not leave carpets damp it leaves them almost dry to the touch

How great the results will be does depend on the condition of the fabric or textile if we get a carpet full of cat or dog uric acids color stains everywhere or bubbles and tears then that carpet needs to be replaced if we clean it we will improve it but we can not do miracles just like if you get a broken rusted out car from a junkyard it does not matter how much you wash and wax it will still not look like new and have a funky odor
